The engagement focused on moderating a practical discussion with sourcing experts Meghla Bhardwaj and Alan Scanlan on how sourcing decisions shape e-commerce success.<\/p>\n<p>The session was designed around a simple principle: professional learning creates value when people can connect a framework with the decisions they actually face. The discussion linked strategy with practical choices: what information matters, how to structure it, how to communicate it clearly and how to evaluate whether it achieved the intended result.<\/p>\n<ul><li>Start with the audience and the decision they need to make.<\/li><li>Translate broad goals into observable actions and useful outputs.<\/li><li>Use examples and stories to make complex ideas memorable.<\/li><li>Build a repeatable process that teams can apply after the session.<\/li><li>Measure meaningful progress rather than surface activity alone.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_customised_training_matters\"><\/span>Why customised training matters<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The same topic lands differently in every organisation. Industry context, participant experience and the working environment all affect what is useful. Customisation is therefore not cosmetic: it determines whether learners can recognise the relevance of an idea and apply it confidently.<\/p>\n<p>This engagement also reinforced the value of participation. Questions and discussion expose assumptions, surface practical constraints and allow a group to learn from its own experience. That turns a workshop into a shared problem-solving process.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"From_learning_to_application\"><\/span>From learning to application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A strong session should leave participants with a clearer way to think and a realistic next step.
